The Foundation completed the "This is My Bit of the Park... - Participation for Nature in the City" thematic project, which coupled the organisation of a participation and the design of social projects (developing two city parks in the town of Jaworzno). A study visit to Reykjavik was organised with intent to learn more about Icelandic solutions, said visit attended by Foundation representatives and local government officials participating in the project. Best practices concerning participation in public space planning were collected. Knowledge concerning such work methods as placemaking, geo-participation, and world cafes was expanded. The Municipal Authority of Jaworzno declared that they would use contacts established for purposes of drafting an urban strategy recognising the needs of cyclists and pedestrians.
