For general public, it is difficult to access the existing research, analyses and statistical data on discrimination, because they are scattered in various materials. The existing resources in this field should be gathered, organised and made widely available. The aim of the project was to create a database to gather the existing research, analyses and statistical data on discrimination.
As a result of activities led under the project, within the modernised portal www.rownosc.info a comprehensive database with a search engine was created which allows to easily search for various materials on discrimination.
The project included an analysis of the research and statistics based on which the database was created. The database enables its users to search for materials using various criteria, e.g. different groups vulnerable to discrimination or different areas of discrimination (such as job market, healthcare, education). A report was also prepared describing availability and quality of the existing resources, and unsurveyed areas and phenomena were identified which are not properly described and documented. The publication is available online. Information on the portal www.rownosc.info and its content were promoted in social media.
Beneficiaries of the project are persons using the portal (approximately 10 000 persons a month).
